Multi-Purpose Sealant Glue

This product is fantastic, but I'm curious if it's safe to use around the heat pipes in my apartment. Can anyone confirm this for me?

This product performs exactly as advertised. I utilized it to patch up a hole in my wall, and I plan to use it around various piping both inside and outside my house. Additionally, I reached out to the seller and received confirmation that the product can be painted over once it has fully dried.

The only problem I encountered with the product was that I had to refrigerate it overnight before using it. When it's initially opened, it can be quite sticky, especially in warm weather, resembling marshmallow cream. However, when it's chilled before use, it works perfectly without any problems.

I appreciate the convenience of these individually wrapped packets, as they prevent the need for a large tub that could dry out over time. Since I don't use this type of material frequently, it also helps save space.
